Canada is a Nation of Innovation
Dr. Maria Cantalini-William, Dean, Faculty of Education
This lecture describes an education project inspired by the books Innovation Nation and Ingenious: How Canadian Innovators Made the World Smarter, Smaller, Kinder, Safer, Healthier, Wealthier and Happier co-authored by the Right Honourable David Johnston and Tom Jenkins. The Education for Innovation project includes teaching resources and a research study to explore the impacts on Canadian youth as future innovators. Critical Canadian innovations will be highlighted by Dr. Maria Cantalini-William and discussed with participants.
