Event Description:
Writing Well: Getting Started is a workshop that will help students understand the beginning of the academic writing process. We will focus on strategies for understanding assignments, planning and starting a draft.
The workshops runs from 11 a.m. to noon., followed by tacos and drop-in time with our Senior Peer Mentor for Indigenous Students.
Taco Tuesday Teach-ins are monthly academic skills workshops facilitated by Learning Skills and Development staff at the Indigenous Student Centre. Workshops are followed by a free taco lunch, courtesy of Indigenous Initiatives.
All students are welcome. No registration required. |
