10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Yes, No, Gimme a Sec: Workshop on Pleasure and Boundaries (Waterloo)

Set boundaries without guilt and connect to your pleasure! In this interactive workshop, you'll refine what consent means to you, and distinguish between what you want, what you're willing, and what you might resentfully comply with. Then you'll focus in on what uniquely gives you pleasure (of all kinds) and how you can have more of it in your life. There will be games, discussion, and reflection. Everyone is welcome, and you'll only share with others what you choose to.

Free pizza and drinks provided! All are welcome!

Facilitator

Karen BK Chan is an award-winning sex and emotional literacy educator in Toronto, Canada, with 20+ years of experience. Trained in Creative Facilitation, Productive Thinking, and Non-Violent Communication, BK's favourite ways to learn and teach are through stories, metaphors, diagrams, and things that make people laugh. Above all, BK is dedicated to having difficult conversations that are real, transformative, and kind.
