  • 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM Elevating Laurier Leaders: Impostor Syndrome (Women's Series)

Join us for the launch of a special women's series hosted by President Dr. Deborah MacLatchy: Elevating Laurier Leaders.

The series aims to bring together members of the greater Laurier community to advance women’s leadership and help them achieve their full potential. We are building a supportive community of women from diverse industries and backgrounds who want to support each other in their leadership journey.

    Impostor Syndrome Event

Impostor Syndrome is the internal feeling or psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a “fraud.” This panel discussion will support women to think beyond the negative self-talk and provide tangible ways that can work to quiet the negative voice in their head.

    Panel:

    • Danielle Russell, BA ’04 – Executive Director, Convention Centres of Canada
    • Michelle Micuda, MBA ’95 – VP, Sales and Account Management, Staples Canada
    • Sarah Au, BBA ’09 – Senior Brand Manager (Burt’s Bees) & Shopper Marketing Lead, The Clorox Company
    • Michelle Grocholsky – Live Empowered

This series is for Laurier alumni who are women-identifying, including trans women.

All events take place at Verity Toronto over breakfast. Register for all four events and save $10 off registration.
