12:00 PM - 1:00 PM The REAL ins and outs of Renting and Buying in Toronto (Webinar)

So you’re thinking of making the big step of purchasing your first home, or even renting for the first time? Well, you wouldn’t be the first person to find that the Toronto real estate market can make your head spin. Between newspaper articles, blogTO and your in-laws, it can be hard to make sense of everything going on around you. That, in no small part, is the role that a licensed and professional Realtor takes on your behalf.

Join us for this informative webinar, The REAL ins and outs of Renting and Buying in Toronto presented by a Laurier alumni, Stephen Braun (BA Poli Sci ’04) and Caitlin Howell (BA Economics, '14). This presentation will discuss not only where the Toronto real estate market is at from a sales perspective and how that may affect your decision to buy, sell, and/or rent, but it will also discuss the value that a Realtor can provide in ensuring that you’re making the best decision possible and guiding you along the way.

Stephen Braun (BA ’04) is a sales representative with Johnston and Daniel - one of Toronto’s oldest and most established real estate brokerages and the luxury arm of Royal LePage Canada. He has worked with clients from across the GTA to provide an exceptional level of service in ensuring that their needs and expectations are met at every turn. He aims to turn your next move, into the best one you’ve ever had.

Caitlin Howell is a Sales Representative with RE/MAX Realty Enterprises and works alongside her family as part of the HOWELL Real Estate Team focused on the residential real estate market. With a strong passion for real estate from a young age, Caitlin has a firm understanding of the real estate market while providing the highest level of customer service. Her clients describe her as reliable, compassionate, and truly committed and dedicated to their success.
