Event Description:
Mike Cachagee of the Chapleau Cree First Nation attended three residential schools between the ages of three and 16. He is nationally recognized for his work in healing and reconciliation through the National Residential Schools Survivors Society. He is chair of the Ontario Indian Residential School Support Services.
Friends and Neighbours is a grassroots committee supporting the Woodland Cultural Centre and its Save the Evidence Campaign in Brantford ON. |
