Every Thursday, the Faculty of Music is pleased to present our free Music at Noon concert series, where local, national and international artists perform for the Kitchener-Waterloo community.

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Something Sacred – Contemplative Music

Take some time each Monday to pause with contemplative music at Luther. Co-ordinated by Gerard Yun, adjunct faculty at Luther and assistant professor in Laurier's Faculty of Music. We host sessions weekly over the lunch hour.

Stop by any day of the week for different activities:

  • Mondays – Contemplative Music
  • Tuesdays – Reading and Reflecting on the Book of Acts: A Window into the Early Church
  • Wednesdays – Prayers for the World
  • Thursdays – Chilling with Dogs; Multifaith Teachings
  • Fridays – Settler Work: Contemplative Arts, and Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG)

    Join Community Music students for delightful music at the Kitchener Public Library.

    10:00 PM - 11:00 PM Black Student Collective Discussion: Being Black and Trans

    Join the Black Student Collective (BSC) at their weekly discussions. Discussions are held on Mondays from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Carnegie Building, room 206. On Feb. 10 we will be discussing the experiences of the Black Trans community. All students welcome.
