9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Three Minute Thesis competition

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition challenges research-based master’s and PhD students to present their research to a layperson audience in three minutes or less. Students are allowed one slide, but no props and no notes.

Laurier’s graduate students will be competing March 28 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. in the Senate and Board Chambers. Come watch the competition! It's free, no registration is necessary and drop-ins are welcome.

    All Day LIFT Exhibition Series: Unobstructed Beauty (Multi-Day Event)

    This year, the LIFT series features three female painters from the Waterloo Region: Lauren Judge, Marion R. Anderson, and Anne Filiatrault. Each artist shares a narrative that invites viewers to reflect on how we perceive and experience our surrounding environment.

    The LIFT microgalleries are located on floors 4-6 of the Waterloo campus Library.

    Join Kristine Lund, director of counselling programs at the Waterloo Lutheran Seminary (WLS), and Dan Phillips, student advisor and admissions coordinator, for information about the Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy program offerings at WLS.
