Event Description:
Often we hear about the importance of exercise, "eating right," mindfulness, and other behaviours for our health, but what other ways can help you be healthy? Are you doing what you want to do?
The power of setting goals for ourselves has been underestimated. Dr. Coulombe will provide empirical data and examples of how personal goals can lead to health benefits. This is especially important for students who face academic, social, family, and other pressures.
In a time of transition with new stresses and in new environments, what can connect you to you?
