All Day LIFT Exhibition Series: Unobstructed Beauty (Multi-Day Event)

This year, the LIFT series features three female painters from the Waterloo Region: Lauren Judge, Marion R. Anderson, and Anne Filiatrault. Each artist shares a narrative that invites viewers to reflect on how we perceive and experience our surrounding environment.

The LIFT microgalleries are located on floors 4-6 of the Waterloo campus Library.

  • All Day International Education Week (Multi-Day Event)

    Laurier International hosts Education Week (IEW) every year in November and celebrates alongside universities in over 100 countries around the world. IEW provides various departments, faculties and student organizations an opportunity to celebrate and showcase the diversity of programs, events and activities on campus and in the community that expose students to an international dimension, enriching their learning and preparing them to engage and challenge the world in all its complexity.

    Activities will be happening on the Waterloo and Brantford campuses all week. Information on the activities will be posted in the calendar as it becomes available.

    Scheduling a personal appointment is your first step to joining the Lazaridis MBA Program. At the session, we will discuss admission criteria, the application process, and help you determine your eligibility.

    Personal appointments are approximately 30 minutes long, and must be pre-booked through the side-bar, or directly, with Holly Paterson. We look forward to meeting with you!

    Join us for a panel discussion, on the topic of faith and migration, from three faith perspectives: Jewish, Christian and Muslim and a response from a member of the Indigenous community:

    Jewish: Dr. Jacob Sivak, distinguished professor emeritus, University of Waterloo, and translator and commentator of Chienke’s Motl and Motl’s Chienke: A Twentieth Century Story. Christian: Rev. Rosalyn Elm, Anglican priest, chaplain at Renison University College. Muslim: Azeezah Kanji, Toronto-based legal analyst and a regular contributor to the Toronto Star. First Nations: Jean Becker, senior advisor, Indigenous Initiatives, Wilfrid Laurier University
