Event Description:
Today during our weekly Something Sacred observance (on Mondays it’s a time of contemplative music) we present three musical pieces including one from Canada and a Second World War composition from Japan, titled Voices From the Sea, which was composed from the letters of kamikaze pilots. The session will be led by Gerard Yun, adjunct faculty member at Luther and assistant professor, community music, in Laurier’s Faculty of Music. It will be a time to meditate, to remember and to reflect.
