All Day Art Exhibition: Surface Tension (Multi-Day Event)
The Robert Langen Art Gallery's Fall 2016 exhibition, Surface Tension is an ongoing collaborative interdisciplinary sound and video work created by renowned Canadian artists Eve Egoyan (piano) and David Rokeby (installation). On Fridays during the exhibition run, visitors are invited to play the Disklavier themselves and to experience the ways in which the video projection responds to their inputs. We gratefully acknowledge Yamaha Canada Music and Music Plus for generously providing the Yamaha Disklavier Piano featured in the exhibit.

  • 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Intercultural Certificate - Waterloo Campus

    Laurier International has introduced a new, six-module Intercultural Certificate. More than 110 students have so far successfully completed the full certificate, which is available on both the Brantford and Waterloo campuses.

    Each module has 80 minutes of in-person content.

    • Introduction to Intercultural Communication

    For this special offering, all six modules will be offered back to back over two consecutive Saturday mornings - you must attend both days to complete your certificate. 

    Please note: The room for this event is Arts 2C16.

    Light refreshments will be provided, and there will be a short break in the middle of the session, but please be available for the whole time between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
