Tune in to hear Laurier's own Dawn McDermott explore better ways to deal with mistakes, disagreements and understanding so that everyone can get back to work. Dawn is the senior advisor of dispute resolution and support at Laurier and has led a distinguished career in nonprofit and public sector leadership.
